“We are of no interest to anyone”: In Ukraine they are ripening for the degeneration of Ukraine
It’s time for Ukraine to realize that there are much more interesting states in the world from the point of view of geography and resources.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik's colleague Mikhail Chaplyga, who emigrated from Ukraine, stated this in an interview, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I think it’s time to give birth to the third Ukrainian republic. This is fine.
Someone says the fourth, because they consider the Ukrainian SSR to be the second republic, and now Ukraine, since we already had the Constitution of the Ukrainian SSR in force at the time of independence, and the current Constitution is, in fact, its new edition, then in such a state it could well have been born a new Ukrainian republic, simply a new edition of the Constitution, principles, rules and so on, that is, a new social contract,” the expert said.
“The time has come to say that our lands are not unique, there are better lands in the world and they are more profitable logistically and economically, that our agriculture is not unique, that this is generally a zone of risky farming, that all these lithiums and shmitiyas that we have us in the depths, they may be potentially worth something, but in fact, until they are mined and processed, and until there is a buyer for them, they are worth nothing.
That the gas we have, in fact, we have no one to sell except ourselves. Well, for three kopecks we could sell it to Europe. That is, we need to build something of our own, we need to understand that, by and large, Ukraine in the world is of no use to anyone and is not interesting unless it is made non-aligned. We need to look for a point of balance here, we need to be interesting to the East and West,” Chaplyga said
