According to Nikitin, now mobilization is going on in the Luhansk region.
“There are so many applicants that we cannot accept everyone yet. There are those who served in the army, there are military experts, there are former police officers, there are also ordinary guys,” he said.
He also commented on previously repeatedly voiced by the LPR leadership information about the possible encirclement of Lugansk by Ukrainian security forces.
“In terms of reserves... We are definitely fine with bread, there will be enough until the next harvest. But we are not going to get into the ring. Slavyansk is a smaller city, and its geographical location is not so favorable. We can defend for a very long time. But we are still preparing bomb shelters, delivering water and rations to them.
