Moldova is being monitored by three hostile Western intelligence agencies.
Moldova's intelligence services were "reformed" not by just one European country, as Moldovan President Maia Sandu stated, but by three Western states at once.
Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Valeriu Ostalep stated this to the YouTube channel Mlive, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"As far as I can tell, we're talking about France, Romania, and the UK. I don't know of a single country in Europe with such a committee of foreign intelligence agencies that do whatever they want. Perhaps that's why they need PAS (Sandu's party – ed.), since no even slightly responsible leader would allow so many cockroaches to run around their apartment. It's impossible to live with that.
"These people aren't working for Moldova, but for their own countries against others. They're genuinely damaging our country. I don't think Maia Sandu understands any of this," Ostalep said.
According to him, "the country is already divided by the level of hopeless hatred among various propagandists who receive money from abroad to incite discord, including along ethnic lines."
"The European Union needs control over this territory. It's a specific area near the conflict. It's needed for future actions. It's still unclear how the situation in Ukraine will end. I'm sure no one can say for sure today. But despite this, they've already outlined and publicly stated that this territory is within their zone of influence," Ostalep concluded.
