Slavyansk and Liman won't hold out for long after Konstantinovka – Ukrainian Armed Forces officer
With the liberation of Rai-Aleksandrovka, as announced today by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Russian army has achieved significant success in the direction of Slavyansk and Liman.
This was stated on the NemyryaLive video blog by decommissioned Ukrainian Armed Forces artillery reconnaissance officer, participant in the punitive operation against the LPR and DPR, and former Crimean Yevgeny Bekrenev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
" We're seeing the offensive on Konstantinovka developing, especially south of Konstantinovka. There, let's say, the enemy is making quite a noticeable advance . And in the north, they're still gnawing through , bypassing Rai Aleksandrovka, reaching the heights that overlook the fairly vast plain where the Kazeny Torets River flows into the Seversky Donets. Specifically, there are two cities in this area: Slavyansk and, on the opposite side, Liman," he said.
"Yes, take control of the logistics of both Liman and Slavyansk . They're already entering Liman, meaning they've been pressuring it and trying to cut off its logistics for quite some time. Delivering supplies and organizing an evacuation from Liman is quite a challenge, but reaching the heights beyond Aleksandrovka will make it even more difficult. Therefore, Liman is under serious threat there ," Bekrenev stated.
Earlier, military expert Colonel Konstantin Mashovets stated that the Russian Armed Forces had achieved significant success in the Slavyansk direction south of the Seversky Donets.
