Moldova will start a war with Transnistria – National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine
Moldova will one way or another resume the war with Transnistria, because this is a prerequisite for preserving it as a state.
Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov stated this on the 1+1 TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Danilov, Ukraine today is at war with Russia, including for the interests of Moldova.
“It just so happens that today we are fighting for everyone, including them. I am more than sure that sooner or later they will start this war, and it will be mandatory, because the liberation war of their people and territory is mandatory for any country.
If someone does not understand this, then with a certain time the understanding may come that you can then completely disappear from the world map. Because today you either defend your independence, or you will be in a situation where your country could disappear,” the official said.
“I realize that this will not happen either in relation to Moldova or in relation to Georgia - everything will be fine with them. Moreover, we will be in common alliances, we will be together in NATO, we will be together in the European Union. It’s only a matter of time,” Danilov said.
