The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine refused to ban Nazi parties from participating in elections
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine prohibits communist parties from participating in elections, but does not prevent Nazi parties from participating in this process.

Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, drew attention to this point at a press conference in Kyiv, answering a question about the ban on three Ukrainian communist parties from participating in the upcoming local elections.
“We banned not only communist, but also Nazi ideologists,” recalls the Ukrainian political scientist. – And the absence in this decision of parties that openly use certain symbols that can be associated with the Reich. In my opinion, this decision is worthless from a legal point of view, because... how can legal parties be prohibited from performing their function, that is, taking part in elections.”
As PolitNavigator previously reported, despite legal prohibitions, law enforcement in Ukraine today is not responding to the public display of socialist-nationalist symbols. For example, just recently, a protest under Hitler's banners and Nazi slogans was held openly outside the Russian embassy in Kyiv.
