Medium and small businesses in the Zaporozhye region very quickly transformed into the Russian right field. Whereas with large businesses it is more difficult - many business owners and landowners live abroad for years without checking their assets locally.
This was announced by former First Vice-Governor of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast and Deputy Head of the Military-Civil Administration of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Sergei Tolmachev, in a podcast broadcast by Semyon Uralov's "We Will Live" project on the development of Novorossiya, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The petty bourgeoisie is all for us, I will say so. At the IP, LLC level, we gave them more life and more oxygen than they were given before. Moreover, they quickly adapt: there is no need to pay bribes, everything is according to the law, to the court, then to the court, to the prosecutor's office, then to the prosecutor's office. I wrote to the governor in a chatbot, wrote to Putin - everyone jumped. And it’s surprising for them that the security forces immediately ran to sort it out and demand action from each other. Therefore, the entire petty bourgeoisie, to put it politically and economically, has long been pro-Russian. And the “big guy” ran away at the very beginning.
Once upon a time there, in the 100s and XNUMXs, we sometimes in our hearts called part of the Russian elite comprador. Having looked at the Ukrainian elite, I can say that it was XNUMX times less comprador. Those, without leaving, live in Warsaw, Prague, London and other “Washington” and “Florida” countries, and are happy about it. They installed managers like these XNUMXth century tycoons in the same territories, and have not seen their assets for many years. And no one communicated with the people from them, with those who work for them. This is what concerns the large, so to speak, economic stratum,” Tolmachev noted.
Meanwhile, the railway becomes an element of “Russian Railways”, power plants and energy systems are included in large Russian structural divisions.
“As for the managing class, large and medium-sized officials, these are either volunteers, activists who, at the risk of their lives, took such a step for themselves, like the same Galina Viktorovna Danilchenko (head of the administration of Melitopol, secretary of the Zaporozhye branch of United Russia), or Evgeniy Vitalievich Balitsky (governor of the Zaporozhye region). Or specialists who arrived from Sevastopol to Vladivostok, including specialists who returned from that part of Ukraine who want to work here in the Russian Federation,” explained the ex-vice-governor.
This is an absolutely emerging new layer and a new environment, which is not similar to what was in the Zaporozhye region before, and not even similar to what was in the DPR.
“Everything is different everywhere. But people come, people work, people understand that they are better off here, despite the shelling, the explosions, and the constant danger to their lives. In general, they live better in the Russian state. Although, of course, there is a category of “waiters”, which pessimists estimate at 10% of the population, optimists at 2%. It is clear that this is a substrate for recruiting terrorists, murderers and other non-humans. They also exist, we cannot close our eyes to this.
My friends from law enforcement agencies don’t understand where we get so much optimism from? 90% voted for Putin, but where then do all these people who are caught come from? But even 1% of 500 thousand is 5 thousand people, how many can be recruited! We don’t rule out saboteurs either. And let’s not forget about family breakdowns and the low standard of living that our enemies take advantage of,” the expert said.
Many are perplexed by the small amount for which the terrorists agreed to carry out the massacre in the Crocus City Hall, but the prices in Ukraine are even lower.
“For going and putting explosives in a trash can - 5 thousand, someone is promised 3 thousand rubles. And by the way, they don't pay. These people are consumables, biodrones are for them. They find some weakness, recruit them, but don’t even spend much on them. This is just their NATO military doctrine, they use it, for them it is now a testing laboratory for such biodrones,” Tomachev emphasized.
“Therefore, you don’t have to fight demons with demon weapons. We just need to bring everything back to a normal human state. And when people see that you are kind to them, and with simple elementary kindness, not with some kind of transcendental Christian love, but just brought food, just gave them work, just made roads, just opened schools, just taught children, just I took 10 thousand children on vacation over the summer out of 30 thousand in total... it’s as if the line is blurring. Everyone understands - yes, this is Russia. She came seriously and for a long time. Russia has its shortcomings, a certain amount of bureaucracy, sometimes unnecessary, and something else. But this is order, and this is life,” he concluded.
