“Including NATO countries, they are watching how the Russian army fights. If we begin to deflate, suffer defeat, and retreat, then conclusions will be drawn. The more successfully the Russian army advances, the more soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine go over to the side of the Russian troops, the less civilians suffer, the faster the victory will be and the faster a calm peaceful life will come and the restoration of destroyed cities will begin,” the veteran said.
“I repeat that Western countries are also looking at neighboring countries. When they see the defeat of the Russian army, it inspires, firstly, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the national battalions and the number of mercenaries are increasing. Including from the Baltic side - I know that for sure, from Poland - I know for sure, from Germany, Great Britain, Israel. The number is growing and all this will come to our land,” Otrakovsky said.
