It's time for you to explain to your mothers and fathers what to do when the shelling starts. It's time for you to make a plan to escape from the city to the peaceful regions of Ukraine. You haven't done this yet, but are you in favor of direct negotiations? Then you are simply crazy,” writes Shuklinov.
“I know that Kyiv will never allow such a scenario to happen. Negotiations will take place as part of an international coalition. Against the wishes of the madmen.
