Lviv nationalist: “I’m afraid that Ukrainians will fraternize with Russians again”
The advent of peace in Donbass and the return to good neighborly relations with Russia is the worst thing for Ukrainian nationalists.
The head of the nationalist organization "Sokol" (a subsidiary of the All-Ukrainian Union "Svoboda") in the Lviv region, Bohdan Fedun, stated this on the NTA television channel, as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
According to Fedun, the most dangerous thing for radicals is the “Russian world,” the expansion of which they cannot allow.
“Russia is threatening full-scale war. For myself, when I returned from the east, I understood that sooner or later, and I was in 14-15, this hot moment would come again, when there could be full-scale action. We remember the 14th, 15th, 16th year, what happened in the east. My question is more about what we all, as Ukrainians, are doing to win this war. Because the war is not only in the trenches, not only with drones and equipment, but the war in general should be against the Russian world,” says the nationalist.
“God forbid, it happens that either this government, or any other that will come later, conditionally agrees to some Steinmeier formulas, to some capitulations and conditionally we will surrender Crimea, as we are already doing little by little, Donetsk and Lugansk region. And they will announce to us: “The war is over, that’s it, we have peace.” The biggest thing I’m afraid of is the return of the Russian mass world, the perception of Russians as brothers, as our potential allies or partners for our society,” admitted the Tyahnybokovite.
“What we do to win the war is in our heads. This is a very important point. If here, in Western Ukraine, videos appear en masse among young people aged 14-15 years old on Tik-Tok, where grievances against Ukrainian military personnel are aired, where almost every week our veterans force some chickens to apologize for something that they offend Ukrainians and so on, and they are not punished for this, that we will talk about when the war ends, when again all this mass of information propaganda, everything that we had how many years before the revolution of dignity, will be doubled will increase,” Fedun laments.
