Influential people from Western countries consulted with the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko about the prospects of a nuclear war in Europe.
Lukashenko himself spoke about this in an interview with Olga Skabeeva, the correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".
“They are all leading to the Third World War, but they are terribly afraid of it. I know this for sure. I have met people who play a significant role in this and make radical, cardinal and final decisions in case of “if”. Their greatest fear (and everyone speaks about this sincerely) is a nuclear disaster. They are afraid of the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine. Oh, God forbid, Russia will do this. It `s naturally. We don’t want to either, we’re also afraid, we want to live. Because this could lead, as experts say, to a worldwide catastrophe, and the ball could fall out of orbit if all these weapons explode.

Western representatives, he said, were interested in whether Russia had the resolve to use nuclear weapons.
“They ask the question: you know the leadership of Russia, you are friends with Putin, tell me - yes or no? I say yes. That's why nuclear weapons exist. Will it click or not? He will press the button, and how, but only in one case: if you make very dangerous movements, invade Russian territory, and this will threaten its existence.
