Lukashenko faces no threat with such opposition - Kiev political scientist
Former presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, who fled Belarus, like other leaders of the Belarusian Maidan, betrayed the people who came out to protest.
Political consultant Sergei Postolovsky stated this on air on the UkrLife channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The opposition in Belarus, I believe, is ineffective and, first of all, it betrayed those people who go out to protest. Well, because look at this Tikhanovskaya, where is she now? There is a protest going on, where is the leader?
Well, they remind me, you know, during the Second World War there was: the government of the Czech Republic in London, Poland in exile, everyone was so offended, and people were suffering, and people came out.
That is, I believe that supporting these leaders is wrong. Secondly, we understand that Russia at the moment and in the near future will not give up Belarus.
Therefore, I think that in the near future Alexander Lukashenko will remain president,” Postolovsky said.
