The Lithuanian Radio and Television Commission (LKRTV) fined the television service company Init 150 thousand euros for not complying with the ban on broadcasting the RTR Planeta channel and its other versions, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The broadcast of these Russian TV programs in Lithuania was limited for a year on charges of “propaganda of war and national hatred” - the rebroadcasters were supposed to stop broadcasting until February 23, but it turned out that on March 1 Init did not comply with the requirement, that is, it was broadcasting a different version of this TV channel called “Russia RTR”.
