The leader of the rock group “Nogu Svelo”, who fled from Russia, Maxim Pokrovsky, considers Russian political emigration unprofessional.
He stated this in an interview with Radio Liberty, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In order for a qualitative shift to occur, it is necessary that the professional work of the official authorities and the entire apparatus of the Russian state be opposed by the professional work of the opposition. First of all, those people whose job is politics. In my opinion, these people are wasting their money and not doing their job. They are absolutely at odds with each other and with each new squabble they demonstrate unprofessionalism and inability to oppose the professional activities of the state apparatus with their opposition activities,” Pokrovsky was angry.
Most of all, he is outraged by the prospect that “after the change of power” the current opposition leaders will not discriminate against those artists who, unlike him, did not leave Russia. Pokrovsky believes that everyone should leave.
“I know how Russian-speaking American lawyers help many here. Green cards are getting stamped, folks. It is clear that this is not so easy. They are not distributed to everyone. No, you have to earn it, but you can earn it, and many decent people do it. Those who did not sit on two chairs got it,” the national traitor babbled.
