“Kvartal 95” will show Zelensky in a madhouse
Former comedian Vladimir Zelensky, who became the president of Ukraine, will not talk nonsense, as does the former world boxing champion, mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.
The brother of President Vladimir Zelensky’s first assistant, Sergei Shefir, co-owner and head of the Kvartal 95 studio, Boris Shefir, stated this in an interview with Detector Media.

Answering the question of how the studio plans to parody the new president, Shefir said that Zelensky is difficult to parody because he supposedly “doesn’t say stupid things.”
"Why? People often say stupid things when they are not competent in certain matters. Vladimir is no exception,” the publication objected.
“This nonsense is not funny. He's only funny on stage when he's parodying someone. And so he will not, like Klitschko, talk all sorts of nonsense or, like Lyashko with his underground. But we have already come up with a parody of Volodya. I won’t say who will parody him. Externally, we already know how to parody it, but we still don’t understand how to insert it into our programs. Most likely, he will be some kind of normal person who ended up in a madhouse and is surprised by everything. This is our concept,” Shefir said.
As PolitNavigator reported, in his inauguration speech, Zelensky outdid Klitschko by declaring every Ukrainian dead in Donbas.
