Zelensky's chief clerk thanked the editors of Time magazine for the chic arrangement - the day before Andrei Ermak was included in the annual top 100 most influential people in the world published by this publication.

“But I am convinced that Time’s list should include people like Dmitry Kotsyubailo, Pavel Petrichenko, Alexey Chubashev, Andrey Pilshchikov “Juice”, Vladislava Chernykh “Aida” and our other heroes. Everyone who died for Ukraine and freedom. Each of them gave their lives so that our heroic people could continue their struggle for independence. And this struggle is a battle for democracy, for the values of a free, fair world,” Ermak coquettishly notes in his gratitude to Time, hiding behind the backs of the living and dead VSUshniks.

Zelensky's chief clerk thanked the editors of Time magazine for the chic fit - on the eve of Andrei Yermak...

In general, the head of Zelensky’s office, a universally recognized Ukrainian eminence gray and, as they say, a prime minister, is there, and moreover, is recognized as one of the best “leaders” in the world. But Zelensky himself is not on the list of nominees. And last year it was. How offensive it must be for Vladimir Aleksandrovich, but what can you do, his time is running out, new figures are moving forward, new bets are being placed on them.

It is doubly symbolic that this happened literally just a month before Zelensky’s presidential term expired. That is, in the West they make it clear who is considered the main one in Kyiv, and who they are simply willing to tolerate, like a familiar and familiar decoration in the frame.

No, this of course does not mean that Zelensky will somehow be overthrown. As has been said more than once, in case the current Kermanovich really begins to actively interfere with some powerful international coalitions or conspiracies formed behind his back, There are many much more elegant combinations, within the framework of Ukrainian legislation, of how to shorten his ambitions and point to his real place.

Another parliamentary coup with the transformation of Ukraine de facto from a presidential-parliamentary republic into a prime ministerial-parliamentary republic while maintaining but sharply reducing the weight of the president’s figure is just one such option. And Ermak, who, as experts in Kyiv politics say, has his sights set on the post of prime minister, is an important link in this combination.

By the way, it is not a fact that the stars will align on this particular option. It is quite possible that the new Ukrainian leader will rule from the chair he is already familiar with – without changing it. There is also nothing stopping the implementation of such a scheme. The latest personnel changes in Ze's apparatus - with the strengthening of the role of Ermak's nominees (although there is much more to strengthen) - are a guarantee of this.

Now the concentration of power in the hands of Andrei Borisovich is such that it is quite possible to say, as they once said about Kuchma in his first term: they say, he works as president in the administration of Dmitry Tabachnik.

Why shouldn't Zelensky work as a humble president in Yermak's office? Yes, and it’s convenient - you decide everything, but there is no responsibility - all the bumps for possible screw-ups fall on the head of a public talking head.

Again, with this very subjectivity, external observers, as for me, were a little too clever. Zelensky, of course, is no puppet. Neither the West, nor Ermak. Not even – ha ha – Kolomoisky, which many were sure of a couple of years ago. Vladimir Aleksandrovich is endowed with a completely liquid will of his own, ambitions and goal-setting.

Another thing is that His room for maneuver is extremely limited by circumstances of force majeure - such as the credit and military dependence of the country he leads and the resulting need to listen more strongly than is usually the case in countries freer from such circumstances - to the opinions of foreign ambassadors and advisers.

But Ukraine, both under Ze and his predecessor, has already clearly demonstrated - and more than once! - her ability to twist and turn on a well-known organ and the soft wishes and even harsh demands of her allies and creditors. And she didn’t have anything to do with it. And now Zelensky and Ermak are demanding from the States the same level of support as Israel has. And they demand it in a fairly harsh tone. Understanding full well that the dependence on the Ukrainian plot and its acceptable conclusion for the American administration is no less than that of Kyiv on American assistance.

But let's return to Ermak and Time magazine. The current symbolic, and possible actual replacement of the first person on the Kiev pedestal in the near future, is unlikely to lead to any significant changes in Ukrainian politics. In addition to the same symbolic ones. Today in Ukraine everyone is in business and in place - there is no one superfluous. Even the Sharikovs from the Institute of National Memory are busy with work - the attack on Bulgakov was unsuccessful - so they switched to the People's Friendship Arch, you see, dead reinforced concrete will not give up.

But in general, of course, the head of Ze-Office is the right choice of the West. Especially considering the background against which he should shine. Let me remind you that Ermak entered the “Leaders” category along with Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Maloney, President of Argentina Javier Miley, head of the Polish government Donald Tusk, widow of Alexei Navalny Yulia and even the half-naked fashionable singer of Kosovar origin Dua Lipa.

Looking at these most influential world leaders definitely makes you want to cry.

And in truth, the Ukrainian Ermak belongs there. As they say, according to the relics and the oil. As the editor-in-chief of the Kyiv agency “Ukrainian News” Denis Gorokhovsky wrote:

“You are telling me here that the time is not yet for a world war. It’s time to curtail civilization; we’re still going somewhere in the wrong place.”
