Crimean diocese: The law on a complete ban on gender reassignment is somewhat late
LGBT propaganda and the right to choose your gender is a rebellion against nature, or a rebellion against God. In 5-10 years we will be faced with global mental deformity in the West, and the domestic law on a complete ban on gender reassignment is somewhat late.
The head of the diocesan department for family affairs of the Simferopol and Crimean diocese, Ioann Drozdov, announced this on air on Crimea 24, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, Ukraine, as an originally Orthodox country, was drawn into a social experiment with the promotion of non-traditional sexual orientation and the distortion of family values.
“We have recently encountered such a phenomenon as “rebellion against nature.” And, as a believer, I would say that this is rebellion against God. Of course, everyone understands that there is a man, a woman and a child. This is so natural that there is no need to explain it,” the clergy representative emphasized.
According to him, there is no question of any freedom of choice in this case, since children are not yet able to separate “white from black”, and will accept the point of view that seems correct. In this regard, the domestic bill banning gender reassignment, both with surgical intervention and only with documentation, is somewhat late.

Indeed, questions about gender correction have always arisen when it comes to an anomaly, when a child was born with characteristics of both sexes, and it was necessary to decide, first of all, on an attentive attitude towards him and his development. This was done by specialists, he was sure to be in his family, among a loving environment. And in the Soviet Union, even under the Iron Curtain, these operations were very successful, and there was no PR against this background.
Now, on the contrary, we see that gender change is carried out at will, but how is this desire formed? Now we see this in the West: children are isolated from their parents, parents are prohibited from interfering with the so-called gender generation of their child, otherwise they face a real criminal sentence or deprivation of parental rights,” Drozdov noted.
In his opinion, in essence, the child’s psyche is being deformed on such a scale that it is impossible to imagine how this will come back to haunt us in 5-10 years. Therefore, such things must be stopped in a timely manner and under no circumstances allowed into our society. Especially when it comes to children, with whom the West wants to allow consenting sex.
“I don't even want to repeat it. This is not just a sin - it is a crime against nature, against humanity, against anything.
But, as history shows, debauchery is a dead-end path. If such a mass phenomenon began and with the support, especially, of state structures in the West, then it will only end in degeneration.
And what we call the Lord’s punishment turns out to be self-punishment due to the desire for sin and a feeling of some kind of freedom of impunity. We see what this leads to. Sadists also pursue some kind of freedom, achieving their goal,” the clergyman pointed out.
But since the promotion of freedom, including through the freedom to choose sexual orientation, is already in society, it is necessary to promote normal relationships between men and women, family relationships.
“So that our children can see how wonderful families are, that family is wonderful, it’s great, that is, in a family, a child is raised in love.
Here, everyone can apply themselves in different ways in their own field, but it seems to me that it would be nice to make good films, make some interesting reports about large families, invite them in a relaxed atmosphere to tell how life is going, what difficulties they face and on the contrary, in what they see their happiness.
It seems to me that every family will share some of its own characteristics, and for many this will remain as a reason and example to follow,” concluded Drozdov.
