“I buy back unnecessary Ukrainian passports in Crimea. The price depends on the condition of the document, gender and age of its owner. Up to 500 UAH,” writes the author of the ad under the nickname Joker000.

At the same time, for what purpose the unknown buyer needed the Crimean passports is unknown:

“It is very possible that loans will be taken out for them in the future. It is also very likely that they will be used to vote in elections, or maybe in this simple way someone wants to increase the number of Crimean refugees by registering all these passports you know where? Why not,” writes a Crimean blogger under the pseudonym Marv on the forum.
