The presidents reportedly discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the situation in Belarus and Russia “in connection with existing European problems,” the situation with coronavirus, the resumption of transport links and recent joint military exercises.

It is noteworthy that the official Kremlin website does not report anything about this conversation. Over the past two months, Putin and Lukashenko have called each other about 10 times and met in person in Sochi.
