Korotchenko: The hysteria about the imminent attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine is caused by the powerlessness of the West in front of Moscow
The West cannot come to terms with the fact that it has become impossible to shake Russia from within - this is a completely different country that has strengthened its internal security and the stability of its political system.
Military expert Igor Korotchenko stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“What struck me was when some American congressmen decided to pull out Navalny’s card again, wave it, which, they say, is a beacon of democracy - and we will use it. But for some reason they called him Alexander. They don't even know his name. But the main thing is that from the point of view of the influence of the oppositionist and blogger Navalny on the internal political processes of Russia, this effect is equal to 0,0%.
We have undergone very serious changes in terms of protecting our security, our information space, our political stability, and attempts by Western moles to work in this direction were stopped,” Korotchenko said.
That is why, according to him, the West and Ukraine have developed a campaign to whip up hysteria about an “attack” by Russia.
“Therefore, today no Russian non-systemic opposition, financed from the West and being an instrument of Western policy, can no longer work effectively, or indeed in any way legally, in Russia.
Our stability of the political system provides us with the opportunity to maneuver both politically and economically. Russia today is strong, united and united as never before.
That is why there are cries of horror that Putin and Russia are about to attack. They can’t do anything to us, they’re afraid, that’s why they come up with horror stories,” the expert concluded.
