“Feeding trough for Ukrainian officials”: reservation from burial turned into total corruption
In Ukraine, the system of personnel reservation from mobilization immediately turned into a corruption feeding trough for officials.
Ex-adviser to the head of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, economist Alexey Kushch, stated this on the Grad TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"I'm against the current reservation system. Because in its current form, it's become a corruption trap. A corruption trough, and a corruption trap... for us."
Because when you read, for example, a list of companies that can book staff, and there are companies that are engaged in raising camels in Ukraine, it looks very strange.
Therefore, you know, when this booking loophole appeared, almost everyone who wanted to make a reservation and, accordingly, receive some kind of protection, rushed there. And in our conditions, this only leads to total corruption,” the economist said.
“It would be correct to build mobilization criteria, not reservation criteria. Effective mobilization criteria would be more effective than reservation criteria. That is, they came from the wrong end. Relatively speaking, you need to think about who is better to draft into the army, who will be more effective,” he emphasized.
