None of the construction companies in Ukraine wants to take part in tenders for the construction of defense structures, since they have to deal with budget money, and in the end it turns out that getting involved with this is more expensive for themselves.
Ukrainian Nazi Dmitry Korchinsky, who is wanted by Russia, stated this on air on the Lvov NTA TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We constantly hear from our people that not everything is so good with the defense lines. In reality, unfortunately, we are worse at digging and mining than our enemy. This is largely due to the fact that many construction companies that have to build fortified defense lines (since this is not just poking around with a mining shovel, it needs to be concreted, this is serious earth construction work) do not want to do this, since this is work with budgetary funds. money.
And this means that on the second day after the start of work, law enforcement agencies, the SBU show up, tax audits come after them, and everyone wants money, and all this ends up being more expensive.
That is, no one wants to take part in tenders for the construction of defense structures. At least many companies refuse to do this. Unfortunately, not all of our positions are well prepared and equipped,” Korchinsky complained.
