This was stated by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Admiral Vladimir Komoyedov.
“Ukraine has fallen under bad influence, the practice of terror is not typical even for rabid nationalists,” Komoyedov said, recalling that the Security Service of Ukraine has many advisers from the United States.
“And we know about the inflammatory sentiments of some NATO leaders, who are trying, instead of finding ways to resolve the painful internal political crisis in Ukraine, to constantly and everywhere look for the Russian trace,” the admiral said.
According to the deputy, the events on the Crimean border are a provocation that could lead to destabilization not only in the region, but also in Europe.
“Ukraine is one of the largest countries in Europe. After the collapse of the USSR, a colossal amount of deadly weapons remained on its territory. While Europe is being rocked by terrorist attacks organized by radical Islamists, someone needed uncontrollable Ukrainian radicals in this bloody bouquet. The main question is to whom,” concluded the head of the State Duma committee.
