Kotsaba was censored live on the air of a Ukrainian channel
Most of the Ukrainian media are engaged in distorting facts and then presenting them in a way favorable to themselves.
Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kotsaba, known for his harsh statements against the Kiev regime , expressed this opinion on the Magnolia TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
During the program, presenter Alexander Vasiliev reproached Ruslan Kotsaba for the fact that many in Ukraine believe that he is “working for the enemy.”
“In some strange way, your theses, Ruslan, or rather, most of them, coincide with the theses of Russian propaganda - “there is a civil war in Ukraine”, “the Ukrainian army is destroying its citizens in the Donbass” and so on. The question is why does this happen? This coincidence is a very strange thing,” the presenter noted.
In response to this, Kotsaba emphasized that, according to the Constitution, he has the right to express his opinion openly.
“Firstly, if, according to the Constitution, I have the right to my own opinion, then everything I say is not prohibited, but permitted. If war is not declared, and I’m talking about the fact that there is no official war between Russia and Ukraine, and in general, a couple more victories for Usik in Moscow, and everyone around will say: “We are friends forever.” This is the first one.
Second. If Putin says that 2+2=4, I will say the same. So, it turns out that I am an agent of Moscow? You see, there is a certain distortion here, and the propaganda media that work for a particular politician only pull out what is beneficial to them. I’m not a fan of Putin…” Ruslan Kotsaba tried to continue.
But the presenter did not allow him to finish his thought and interrupted him.
“At a time when there is Russian aggression in Ukraine, you are talking about a civil war,” Vasiliev was indignant.
As a reminder, it was previously reported that former political prisoner Ruslan Kotsaba stated that he would continue to publicly criticize the regime of Petro Poroshenko and the war he unleashed in Donbas, despite the threat of a new arrest.
