Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin is confident that Russia is behind the poisoning of former intelligence officer Skripal and is prepared to offer Britain assistance in this matter, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Syria, Saddam Hussein's Iraq, North Korea, and, of course, Russia. This is a Russian company. Therefore, we stand in solidarity with Great Britain. If any of our help is needed, expert or otherwise, we, of course, will provide it. I will call Boris Johnson to say this again, although we conveyed this message.
