The Kiev City State Administration fired 12 heads of housing and communal services following the heating season.

This was stated by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko, the politician’s press service reports.

“Over the last month alone, the hotline 1551 received almost 300 calls regarding the unprofessional work of housing office employees. We have already fired 12 heads of housing departments for ignoring appeals from Kiev residents,” said the mayor.

He noted that those who do not respond to requests from Kiev residents will be fired.

“And those who work are those who are ready to take responsibility and provide quality service,” Klitschko emphasized.

He also addressed the relevant deputies of all district and utility heads and noted that they are responsible for the quality of services that Kiev residents receive.
