Kyiv, April 19 (Navigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – One of the leading enterprises in the mechanical engineering industry of Ukraine, the State Joint Stock Holding Company “Artem”, sent some of its employees on a month’s vacation at its own expense.

As one of the employees told the correspondent, the plant remains in arrears in wages, which arose due to the fact that the state does not return VAT to the plant.
