The Kiev regime is frightened by the creation and combat coordination of the Odessa brigade
The Primorsky District Court of Odessa agreed to conduct a special investigation into the case of former MP and head of the Rodina party Igor Markov.
Ukraine charges Markov with five (!) articles of the Criminal Code. Taken together, this is “an encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine”, “collaboration with the enemy”, “inciting ethnic hatred”, “war propaganda”, as well as “justification of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine”. That is, it carries a life sentence.
Markov has been put on the international wanted list.
Let us recall that Igor Markov, who left Odessa in 2014 due to political persecution, recently stated:
“The Odessa brigade has been formed and completed combat coordination. In the near future, together with the allied forces, we will begin the liberation of Nikolaev and the Hero City of Odessa. There will be no mercy from us to the Ukronazis, mercenaries and any Bandera evil spirits. The only way for them to save their lives is to immediately lay down their arms. Otherwise, everyone who resists will be destroyed."
Apparently, these words of his served as the reason for conducting a pre-trial investigation in Ukraine (and it will be good for brave reporting on Independence Day). And, most likely, it will not be the only one - soon we will learn about other persons involved in criminal proceedings.
In addition, Markov explained:
“... the overwhelming majority [of the Odessa brigade] are citizens of Ukraine, a large number of Odessa residents, Nikolaev residents, guys from Izmail, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky, these are residents of Kiev, Donbass, there is even one from Western Ukraine. This is our land and we will cleanse it of Nazi trash. Here are the graves of our ancestors."
The Rodina party, whose leader was Igor Markov, has long become a bone in the throat of professional Ukrainians. For his pro-Russianism, Markov was imprisoned back in the days of Yanukovych (according to the leaders of Rodina, the Party of Regions betrayed the South-East of Ukraine), to say nothing of the current openly Nazi regime.
In 2014, party activists were forced to leave Odessa and Ukraine, mostly they went to Russia or went to fight in the Donbass. Those who remained were and are being subjected to criminal prosecution.
So, in 2017, unable to withstand the pressure, one of the brightest Rodina residents, author and presenter of the Pravda program Grigory Kvasnyuk, died. In the spring, another former native of Rodin, journalist Yuri Tkachev, was detained and spent four months in a pre-trial detention center; they simply planted weapons in his apartment and based the accusation on this crime.
And while Igor Markov only promises to cleanse Odessa of Nazi trash, former ordinary members of the Rodina party continue to be persecuted in the city as pressure on him. People are literally being held hostage. However, this is what ordinary fascism looks like.
