Kiev political scientist: Putin’s proposal is trolling Zelensky and his “peace formula”
The scenario for ending the war proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin is one of the points of Zelensky’s “peace formula,” formulated in the opposite form.
This was stated on the "Living Nail" channel by Vladimir Fesenko , a political scientist who serves the Ukrainian president's office, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The fundamental issue is the status of the occupied territories. There's a complete incompatibility of positions here , which was confirmed by Putin's statement and his pseudo-peace proposals, which he voiced on Friday just before the summit. He demanded—it was a kind of trolling of Zelenskyy and his 'peace formula,'" the political scientist said.
"One of the key points there is the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukrainian territory, but Putin formulated something similar, but in the opposite way. He said, 'Let Ukraine withdraw its troops, supposedly from Russian territory,' meaning the annexed territories," Fesenko lamented.
