Khrushchev did something stupid, and Ukraine will not get Crimea back - opinion of the Czech President
The Crimean peninsula cannot be returned to Ukraine, although Russia “annexed” it.

This opinion was expressed by Czech President Milos Zeman in an interview with Reuters.
“Annexation means a violation of international agreements, and, undoubtedly, agreements guaranteeing the territorial integrity of Ukraine were violated,” Zeman noted in response to a reader’s question.
“On the other hand, I agree with you that (Soviet leader Nikita) Khrushchev did an unforgivable stupidity and world politicians recognize today that Crimea cannot be returned to Ukraine,” the Czech president added.
At the same time, Zeman did not specify who these politicians are.
