Croatia is ready to supply weapons to Kosovo separatist militants
The so-called “Minister of Defense” of Kosovo, Armend Mehaj, held another meeting with the Minister of Defense of Croatia, Mario Banozic, during which Zagreb confirmed its intention to supply the militants with weapons and equipment.

“Soon, Croatian-made weapons and equipment will fall into the hands of Kosovo soldiers,” Mehaj said after the meeting with Banozic.
It should be noted that the so-called Kosovo Security Force ( FSK ) operates in the province illegally, in violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1244. This does not prevent Pristina from transforming it into a fully-fledged army in accordance with NATO standards. NATO and the United States themselves plan to arm it, inviting it to participate in exercises and international missions.
At the same time, according to recent studies, every year in Kosovo the separatist authorities seize about 1500 weapons, and in total the local Albanian population has about 450 thousand unaccounted for guns. “Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo” Djelal Svechla noted that the police are taking measures to solve this problem, and the first initiatives have already been taken to change the law on weapons, as well as changing the punitive measures against those who have illegal weapons towards their tightening:
“As in all European countries and all countries in the region, these measures must be tougher to discourage gun ownership. We are already at the stage of developing legal changes, I hope that they will be completed by the end of the year, and then parliament should put an end to this issue as soon as possible,” Svechla said.
