The Kherson court arrested a ship that supplied fuel to the Russian Black Sea Fleet
The Kherson Court of Appeal upheld the appeal of the prosecutor's office of the defunct Autonomous Republic of Crimea against the Kherson City Court's decision to deny an investigator's motion to seize the vessel "Maria," which supplied fuel to units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the non-existent Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
“The decision of the Kherson City Court was canceled and the ship was seized,” the message says.
It is reported that on August 10, “as part of criminal proceedings regarding violation of the order of entry and exit to the temporarily occupied territory, the prosecutor’s office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea conducted a search in Kherson on the ship “Maria.”
In June 2015, the same ship, but under the name “Vilga,” as noted, supplied fuel to units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol.
On August 13, the Kherson City Court refused to satisfy the request of the Security Service of Ukraine and the prosecutor's office of the non-existent Autonomous Republic of Crimea to arrest a ship that supplied fuel to units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. After which the department filed an appeal and won it.
