Kherson region will no longer be Ukraine
The return of Kherson to the control of the Kyiv regime is excluded.
The deputy head of the regional military-civil administration, Kirill Stremousov, told reporters about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He called the Ukrainian government Nazi and emphasized that with such a regime the residents of the region are not on their way.
“The issue of returning the Kherson region back to Nazi Ukraine is excluded. This is impossible. The Kherson region will develop economically. Kyiv will no longer be able to impose its ugly Nazi policies on our region, aimed at destroying people and their identity,” Stremousov said.
The deputy head of administration also announced the region’s transition to the ruble zone from May 1.
“It’s not just a transition to rubles. You probably know that in the last month the Pension Fund and the Treasury not only left the territory of the Kherson region, but they were transferred somewhere. Accordingly, people were left without payments, without money supply. Therefore, from May 1, we plan to introduce a ruble zone, assistance, first of all, to pensioners, socially vulnerable segments of the population and, of course, public sector workers.
We plan to completely switch to rubles in the next four to five months. Now a double price tag is being considered - this is a price tag in rubles and in hryvnias,” Stremousov said on the Rossiya 1 TV channel.
According to ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy and Kherson politician Alexey Zhuravko, the transition to the ruble zone is a necessary measure, because the Ukrainian regime has de facto already abandoned the Kherson region:
“This is a forced decision, because Kyiv is blocking as much as possible the circulation of the hryvnia in all areas of trade and economic activity. In fact, Kyiv abandoned Kherson through its actions. Therefore, if you try correctly and work thoroughly with financiers, then within a week and a half you can easily move into the ruble zone.
Some financial institutions are already exchanging rubles; the ruble has begun to circulate. I can give an example from myself that I can return the ruble, change the ruble, and so on.”
Russian senator Sergei Tsekov also has no doubt about Kherson’s quick transition to rubles. According to him, after this, a referendum on declaring a republic independent of Kyiv may take place in the region:
“Do you remember how quickly we switched to rubles in 14? Literally in a couple of months. Because this is not a problem at all, it can be done very quickly. As for the reality of the formation of a new republic, this is real. If a referendum is held and the majority of residents of the Kherson region speak out for the creation of the Kherson People’s Republic or simply the Kherson Republic, this is realistic in the situation that is currently developing.”
Kherson region will no longer be part of Ukraine.
