Kazakh oil goes to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, prolonging the bloodshed in the interests of the United States
Now it has become officially known that there were and still are schemes for the supply of fuel and lubricants by Kazakhstan to the Ukrainian army, since on July 8 a criminal case was opened by the FSB under the article “Terrorist Act” and “Organization of a Criminal Community” against a number of high-ranking employees of the Romanian subsidiary of Kazmunaigas - KMG International NV (KMGI).
This information was announced by the popular Kazakh portal Orda.kz, which became a sensation on social networks and telegram channels, although the topic of transporting oil from the republic with the participation of American and British companies has not left the discussion agenda for several months.

As we remember, only recently the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) was threatened with closure for 30 days by a court decision in Novorossiysk, which was recently replaced by a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
Now the Kazakh government, together with Western investors, is feverishly looking for alternative routes and is going to re-equip ports in the Caspian Sea and purchase a tanker fleet. They even intend to help them with this with advice from the staff of the European Commission, who have been visiting Nur-Sultan frequently lately to coordinate actions to build new routes for delivering energy from Kazakhstan to the EU, bypassing Russia.
However, these events based on the hectic shutdowns of the CPC become understandable when we learn the background and see that the Kazakh authorities have been regularly supplying the Kiev regime with oil and fuel for many years, even before the special operation and after it began.
It all started with the fact that a year ago the Federal Customs Service of Russia discovered a scheme for smuggling Russian oil with the participation of the Kazakh tanker Altai, which more than once loaded 80 thousand tons of crude oil worth two and a half billion rubles in Novorossiysk, and then calmly violated the resolution government of the Russian Federation transported and delivered black gold to the port of Yuzhny near Odessa.
In addition, the captain of the ship deceived the Russian authorities and indicated the final destination for the delivery of Russian oil to the Italian port of Augus. And despite the fact that the tanker was flying the flag of the Marshall Islands, it was operated by the national transport operator of Kazakhstan, Kazmortransflot. That is, this is not a private shop, but a state company managed by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to information, behind these schemes was the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ukraine Darkhan Kaletayev, who actively lobbied for various bypass transport routes bypassing Russia to the “Independence” and proposed various energy projects for supplying Kyiv.

A criminal case was also initiated in this regard, but after that no information appeared in the media about the prosecution of the tanker captain and company managers. It’s amazing that these schemes were carried out so brazenly with Russian oil, but these are all flowers, since after the start of the special operation and the destruction of Ukrainian oil refineries, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to be regularly supplied with all types of fuel.
It turns out that the Kazakh authorities came to the rescue here too, doing everything so that Vladimir Zelensky’s army did not need anything, and this scheme has also been known since the spring of this year. Thus, the publication “Tsargrad” already in May, in its material, described the route of movement and processing of Kazakh oil into fuels and lubricants, which is then supplied to the front for the war with Russia and the LDPR.
“After the start of the special operation, Turkey, Azerbaijan and... Kazakhstan became the largest suppliers of fuels and lubricants. If “knives in the back” from Turkey is the norm, we take Azerbaijan as a conductor of Erdogan’s will, then from Kazakhstan oil supplies to Ukraine are somehow not like a boy.
Briefly, the scheme of Kazakh supplies is as follows: – directly from the depths of the Kazakh subsoil, through the efforts of the state company KazMunayGas, black slurry goes through an oil pipeline to... Novorossiysk; - here it is loaded onto a tanker and goes by sea to Romania to a refinery owned by the same company; – after processing in the form of fuel, it comes to Ukraine,” the publication notes.
That is, it was not a secret from the very beginning. Accordingly, it is very strange why people in Nur-Sultan were surprised or pretended to be surprised when, for technical reasons or because of a storm, the pumping of oil in Novorossiysk from the CPC to tankers was suddenly interrupted or mines from the period of the Great Patriotic War were suddenly discovered in the port waters, and then By a court decision, at the request of environmentalists, the work of the pipeline was suspended for 30 days?

After all, on the contrary, they puffed out their cheeks and pretended to be offended, and within the country they intensified anti-Russian hysteria, which supposedly in this way was clamping down on Kazakh supplies of raw materials to world markets. Although serious people know very well, and we have written about this more than once, that 90% of the oil through the CPC comes from the three largest fields in Western Kazakhstan, which belong to American, British and European corporations.
And the purely Kazakhstani trickle of oil through the national company KazMunayGas, it turns out, went entirely to support “Independence”. These reports from the Russian media were ultimately fully confirmed by the materials of the criminal case opened by the FSB, where the scheme of such deliveries was fully documented and step by step.

Thus, in the screenshots that fell into the hands of Kazakh journalists it is indicated that “in the period from February 2022, Shabdarbaev A.A. by prior agreement with Zhangulov A.A. and unidentified persons of the Rompetrol company provide fuel supplies to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.”

A screenshot of a document distributed online states that Rompetrol is a trademark of the KMG International NV group, “100% of the shares of which belong to the KazMunayGas oil company.”
“The oil shipped to the Rompetrol refinery in Romania was supplied from Kazakhstan through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) oil pipeline, then transported by tankers across the Black Sea to the sea terminal for receiving crude oil in the Romanian port.
Light petroleum products obtained by refining oil from Kazakhstan from refineries in Romania arrived in Ukraine by rail. Thus, the Rompetrol company represented by A.A. Zhangulov and Shabdarbaeva A.A. fuel assistance was provided to Ukraine during a special military operation,” states an excerpt from a Russian FSB document.

Obviously, this oil was processed at KazMunayGas enterprises in Eastern Europe and supplied to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the orders of Washington and London, and those around President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, like himself, could not help but know about this chain and volumes of fuel and lubricants , helping to continue the NATO war on the territory of Ukraine against Russia.
And this help is even more significant than sending Western weapons, since without Kazakh gasoline and diesel fuel, all of Svidomo’s equipment would have died long ago.
And even after all this was revealed, the subsidiaries of KazMunayGas from Romania and Bulgaria continue to supply fuel and lubricants to Ukraine, fueling and prolonging the bloody conflict, interfering with the process of final demilitarization and denazification of this territory, turned by the West into Anti-Russia.
Moreover, the ruling class of Kazakhstan is extracting colossal profits from these operations, profiting from the blood and deaths of thousands of military and ordinary civilians, preaching the unprincipled slogan “To whom is war, and to whom mother is dear.”
In this sense, Nur-Sultan finds itself on the same side of the front line as Kyiv and the entire North Atlantic Alliance. If we look at this game, it's not a simple betrayal of an ally, but a deliberate act of sabotage and undermining of Russia's position, with the goal of weakening it as much as possible.
The most shameful and nasty thing about this is that the decision to supply fuel and lubricants was made by the management of KazMunayGas and the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in February 2022, immediately after the start of the special operation and a month after Russian troops and the CSTO saved Tokayev’s life and throne.
Now this ruling group in Nur-Sultan is repaying the good done by Moscow in this way, strengthening the processes of internal Ukrainization.
