Kaplin proposes to distribute weapons to Ukrainians
Kyiv, November 30 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – People’s Deputy of Ukraine Sergey Kaplin, who broke down the doors of the Poltava City Hall with an ax and proposes to arm the Ukrainians.

He wrote about this on his Facebook page, commenting on the appearance of a video by the leader of the Gorlovka militia, Igor Bezler.
As PolitNavigator reported, Bezler announced the supply of weapons to militias by Petro Poroshenko. In addition, there have been suggestions that video filmed in Poltava region.
“Bezler stated that he is in the Poltava region. He announced this in a video message. It could be a duck to unbalance the region. But, given the complete frostiness of these shots, it may be true. I turned to the security forces to strengthen control over the region as much as possible,” Kaplin said.
“Secondly, I appealed to the president to speed up the appointment of the governor. Previously, I suggested that he do this, avoiding the quota principle, relying on a competition of candidates and their projects,” he reported rowdy deputy.
“And most importantly, within the framework of the Anti-Terrorism Doctrine, according to my authorship, I plan to take steps to legally legalize the arming of citizens. I warn those who want to dissuade me from this initiative - do not waste your time,” said Sergei Kaplin.
