Over the past two years alone, the population of Ukraine has decreased by 30%.
This was stated on the air of Alexander Shelest's video blog by Kyiv journalism professor Nikita Vasilenko, the father of the editor-in-chief of the anti-Russian propaganda portal "Left Bank," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

This is the reproduction of the nation, this is not an increase, as in Armenia it has increased three times since independence, but in our country it has fallen by 30% in two years of the great war.
Currently, there are nine children for every ten Ukrainian women, while the norm is 22—that's all the statistics. In the best-case scenario, there are 27 million of us left. Consider how many decades from now we'll be down to 4,5-5 million. The question is purely rhetorical: will we be able to develop even those territories that Russia hasn't seized by then? No ," Vasilenko declared.
