Groysman was accused of issuing state subsidies to “Nasha Ryaba” for kickbacks
The owner of the Khortitsa trademark, Evgeniy Chernyak, interviewed the owner of Nasha Ryaba, billionaire and ex-deputy head of the administration of Petro Poroshenko, Yuriy Kosyuk. One of the questions was about government subsidies for chicken producers.
The interview was published as part of the Big Money project.

“These subsidies are a direct theft of money from the Ukrainian budget. Moreover, it is direct theft, in which Prime Minister Groysman is participating,” Yevgeny Chernyak wrote on his Facebook page. The Big Money presenter also believes that billionaire Kosyuk lied in his interview when he said “it’s impossible without subsidies.”
“Based on the numbers, it’s definitely possible. 1,4 billion in 2017. Almost 900 million in 2018. Think about these numbers. In a poor country, which in all world rankings is at the bottom of the list among backward African countries, support for the billionaire is provided at the state level, through corruption schemes. Or does anyone believe that it was Yuriy Kosyuk, being on friendly terms with Groysman, who just, by chance, took and received 2.3 billion hryvnia in subsidies?!
And there is no need to talk about supporting the local manufacturer. Nobody supports the rest of the country's producers, but only checks them, extorts bribes and prevents them from working, forcing them to leave the country. Nothing destroys a country like corruption and injustice,” writes Evgeniy Chernyak in his post.
“He (Groysman) does not give out these subsidies without a kickback! And if you don’t change the rules, the country will fall apart,” Evgeniy Chernyak is sure.
Let us remind you that the Vinnytsia Poultry Farm, which is part of the agricultural holding Mironovsky Hliboproduct owned by Yuriy Kosyuk, received 1 million hryvnia in budget subsidies on November 618, thus the total volume of state subsidies for the year amounted to 812 million hryvnia.
