Guests from Russia donated medicines to the DPR for the recovery of post-Covid patients
The head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, together with the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party Andrei Turchak and State Duma deputies, visited the Republican Center for Occupational Pathology and Rehabilitation.

During the visit, the Russian guests donated medications to the medical institution for the recovery of post-Covid patients.

“We didn’t come empty-handed today. This is the first batch of probiotics for post-Covid recovery and rehabilitation of those patients who have suffered an infection. We are happy to transfer these medications to your medical institution,” said Andrey Turchak.
In turn, Denis Pushilin noted that vaccination will help develop collective immunity.
“We are in the same epidemiological field with Russia and we are obliged to continue working in this regard so that there is no need to close the borders,” he said.
“We are very grateful to you and are ready to continue our work for the benefit of our patients, for the benefit of the Republic,” emphasized Elena Lyashenko, head of the rehabilitation center.

At the end of the meeting, Andrei Turchak said that the main purpose of their visit to the DPR was to congratulate the residents of Donbass on the seventh anniversary of the creation of the state.
