Moldovan President Igor Dodon demonstrated hyper-cynicism by declaring that he would go to the Victory Parade in Moscow to talk about the loan.
Political scientist Alexey Martynov said this on Vesti FM radio, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.
"President Dodon, on his favorite television channel, NTV-Moldova, where he loves to speak for hours, announced that he is going to Moscow for the parade on June 24 , specifically to have the opportunity to meet and raise again the issue of providing Moldova with a $200 million loan, which has already been allocated, and the money was almost in motion, but the Constitutional Court blocked it.
Instead, Moldova was given a loan, apparently from the IMF, I could be wrong, but definitely under the patronage of the American ambassador, there is a little more money there, but this is for the fight against the pandemic. But I would still like Russian money, but it is blocked by the Moldovan Constitutional Court. It is important to understand that we practically gave them, but they did not take it, because the Constitutional Court, and Dodon again wants to take it. And he doesn’t see a better way to return to this conversation by attending the Victory Parade on June 24,” Martynov said.

I understand that there are such plans, that politicians are cynical people and, probably, always combine business with pleasure and vice versa, but so that in open text it reaches the whole country, and even reaches us, our agencies, where all this is quoted.
