The heads of the LDPR received United Russia party cards
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, was presented with a United Russia membership card in Moscow at the XNUMXth anniversary party congress.
This was reported on the official website of the head of the republic, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent. The presentation ceremony was conducted by the chairman of United Russia, former Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

“The fact that I received an official invitation and became a member of the party today, everything is laid out in a logical sequence: the party considers Donbass to be part of Greater Russia,” Pushilin told reporters.
He recalled the results of the State Duma elections, in which residents of the LDPR took part.
“As you know, the residents of Donbass, who recently took part in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation for the first time in history, also overwhelmingly supported United Russia. This means that the views and position of Russian citizens generally coincide regardless of their region of residence: be it Moscow, the Far East, Siberia or Donbass,” comments Pushilin.

The day before, on November 30, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, also received a United Russia membership card. The document was presented to the head of the republic by the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots, Viktor Vodolatsky.
“We are becoming not just Russians, but we can participate in the internal political life of the Russian Federation, which is very important and responsible. We have been given great trust and honor,” Pasechnik said.
