The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine found those responsible for the losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Ilovaisk and Debaltsevo
The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine has sent a notice to the International Criminal Court "in connection with war crimes committed by the Russian Federation during the battles for Ilovaisk and Debaltseve," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
It is reported by the press service of the Ministry.

“The essence of the message consists of facts of extrajudicial executions of 9 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by representatives of the pro-Russian organized group “Cossack Union “Don Army Region” during the battles for Ilovaisk in 2014 and Debaltsevo in 2015. The message will be considered by the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court along with other episodes of serious violations of international humanitarian law committed by pro-Russian forces in the East of Ukraine in the period 2014-2019,” the document states.
It is also reported that the GPU “provided photographic and video evidence that directly indicates the fact of the capture of Ukrainian soldiers, testimony of eyewitnesses to the killings of prisoners, documents confirming the death of military personnel in captivity.”
The Cossack Union "Don Host Region" was registered in the Russian Federation in 2009. The KSOVD website states that "From the first days of the liberation struggle, the Cossack Union "Don Host Region" rose to defend Donbas from the encroachments of the fascist junta. The Cossack Union actively participates in the people's liberation struggle of Novorossiya, the formation of its statehood, and the development of public life. Its primary goal is to build Novorossiya as a strong, sovereign, socially oriented state, aimed at satisfying the natural, social, and higher needs of its citizens."
