The general battle in Ukraine is announced for August-September
By August-September, all conditions will be ready to end the conflict and its general battle will take place.
Retired SBU colonel and military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on air during journalist Alexander Shelest's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"They're moving slowly, fulfilling the plan. When will they be ready? I think it's August-September. That is, realistically, from a military standpoint, the main, I would say, the primary operation, the strategic operation that will lead to the end of the war, the final operation, the final battle—that will be August-September . That's from a military standpoint. Political scientists and political strategists also believe so; they're getting it right, paradoxically," Starikov stated.
