General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine admitted that Poroshenko is only carrying out the will of the United States
The foreign trips of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko are a direct result of negotiations between US Special Representative Kurt Volcker and Russian Presidential Aide Vladislav Surkov.
This was stated by former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Dumansky on the NewsOne TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to him, the US representative decides all actions for Ukraine, and Poroshenko is already fulfilling his agreements.
“We are in a negotiation process. It’s not us, Ukraine, but the third external player who represents the United States, US Representative Volcker, who decides for us. And he solves the problem with the Russian Federation at the level of negotiations. And then the corresponding processes are launched - what we observe directly - the president’s trips to Turkey, to Germany, where one of the issues regarding the regulation of this conflict is raised,” Dumansky said.
