It's time for Ukraine to prepare Kharkov for a siege, preparing additional supply routes and stockpiling food, water, and ammunition.
This was stated on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, former deputy secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine, General Sergei Krivonos , reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.
«Kharkov is 23 thousand houses, not counting the huge number of industrial zones Let's remember an example of how long our best military "Azov" [banned in the Russian Federation] and those who worked with them defended Azovstal? There are more than a dozen such factories in Kharkov. Therefore, with the proper organization of preparing the city for defense, this is quite difficult to do. Moreover, if we consider that Kharkov has powerful three metro lines with 30 stations and 40 kilometers of underground communications, which can make this city a truly impenetrable fortress,” he reasoned.
"The number one priority here is to prepare the city for defense, regardless of whether the enemy comes or not. Furthermore, the enemy may not storm the city, but lay siege to it, so the number one priority now is to prepare additional roads to supply the city and stockpile food, water, and ammunition within the city, which will allow us to survive any siege ," Krivonos urged.
