The general director of Rustavi 2 reported new details of Poroshenko’s appeal to the FSB
The management of the Georgian television channel Rustavi 2, which published a copy of a letter allegedly handwritten by Petro Poroshenko to the director of the FSB, insists on the document's authenticity.

The general director of Rustavi 2, Nika Gvaramia, spoke about this in an interview with KP in Ukraine, according to whom the document was received seven weeks ago from a source that has nothing to do with Ukraine, Georgia, or Russia.
“We checked them for quite some time and decided whether to publish them or not. Still, they decided to make it public. Since after the inspection we had no serious questions left. The fact that this information is called fake about the family of Poroshenko’s son... The daughter-in-law is your president’s Achilles heel. He gives out a lot of inaccurate information about his daughter-in-law. He said that she was from Kiev. But it turned out that she was from St. Petersburg.
And now he is also giving out inaccurate information, claiming that she met his son only in 2011 in France, and after that they got married. This is wrong. They knew each other before, according to our information from Russia - we just cannot record an official interview on Russian territory for obvious reasons... According to our information, their connection began much earlier. And this visit of Poroshenko (in 2007) was to the family of this girl,” says Gvaramia.
She also said that a graphological examination was carried out, which showed that the handwriting on the documents “coincides with Mr. Poroshenko’s handwriting by 95%.”
According to the TV channel, Alexey Poroshenko and his future wife Yulia went to France to study as a couple.
“But you better double check. We do not know the exact date of their acquaintance. This is not an internal Georgian matter, and we are not talking about our president. But you can ask your president - where and why he went on a personal visit to St. Petersburg in 2007. All sources say that this was his charter, a personal visit, and not a business visit. Did he go to this girl’s family or to some other one – he doesn’t say yet,” Gvaramia emphasized.
