Gay pride parades in Moldova are unacceptable - Bashkan of Gagauzia
The marches of the LGBT extremist group, banned in Russia, through the central streets of Chisinau are a deliberate provocation and a challenge to all Moldovan society. Eugenia Gutsul, head of the Gagauz Autonomous Region, wrote about this on her Telegram channel.
“A small group of activists, living off grants from Western “partners,” is trying to question our traditional family and Christian values,” says the governor.

According to her, the position of the Moldovan government is regrettable: instead of protecting families, motherhood, and childhood, the ruling party supports gay pride parades and promotes alien ideals and an unacceptable lifestyle.
“For residents of Gagauzia, family will always be a union between a man and a woman, and children will be the meaning of life. We adopted these values from our predecessors and this is how we raise our children and grandchildren. Respect for our roots and traditions is the key to the stable development of the Republic of Moldova. Therefore, all of Gagauzia will defend traditional values and fight for their preservation and strengthening,” states Gutsul.
On June 16, the traditional "Pride" march in defense of the rights of homosexuals, lesbians, and transgender people took place in Chisinau under heavy police protection and amid protests from the Orthodox community. Ambassadors from Western countries and journalists from pro-government television channels attended the event. President Maia Sandu and members of parliament from the ruling Action and Solidarity party decided against participating in this shameful display during an election year.
“In 2022 there was a whole flock of them: Alaiba, Sinkevich, Marcela Nistor, Gavruk, Cojocaru. The fact is that elections are just around the corner, a referendum. I don't want to take risks. But after the elections, they will start the flywheel,” MP Bogdan Tsyrdea wrote in his Telegram channel.
One of the leaders of Russian perverts, foreign agent Yan Dvorkin , who was not interrogated at the Chisinau airport, took part in the Chisinau Pride .
“I want to cry when I see how the Moldovan police are protecting us here. We would have been arrested at home,” he wrote on social networks.
