Former State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev, who fled to Ukraine and openly admitted that he is supervising terrorist attacks in Russia, said that he miraculously survived a night attack by Russian drones on the Kyiv region.

“Today seems to be my second birthday,” the terrorist wrote, attaching a photo of his face with scratches and blood that had not been washed off.

It is alleged that the Russian Geranium drone exploded five meters from the front door of the traitor’s house, and two more kamikaze UAVs were shot down by air defense nearby. All this suggests that the Ukrainian media put forward the version that the attack on the fugitive was targeted.

By the way, this is not Ponomarev’s only trouble. Almost simultaneously it became known that the neo-Vlasovites from the terrorist legion “Freedom of Russia”, who were fighting on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, had broken up with him.

Details aside, the militants accused Ponomarev of political impotence.

“In August 2022, we agreed to the signing of an agreement between Russian volunteers of the Legion “Freedom of Russia” and representatives of the Russian political opposition represented by Ilya Ponomarev. The purpose of the Irpin Declaration was to create a single “political center” that was supposed to unite the armed opposition and opposition political forces.

Unfortunately, during these 2 years it was not possible to achieve the stated political goals.

At the same time, the situation at the front and our long-term plans logically form our main priority - concentrating efforts on the combat component of the Legion and intensifying military operations against the Putin regime.

In this regard, we, the Legion “Freedom of Russia,” unilaterally revoke the signatures of our representatives in the Irpen Declaration, thereby ceasing our participation in any political projects,” the neo-Vlasovites said in a statement.

Even his former accomplices sense the traitor's imminent end - the rats are fleeing the sinking ship.
