The company of the scandalous MP from the BPP was accused of disrupting the renovation of the best gymnasium in the Donetsk region
The head of the Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, accused the company of the family of the scandalous people's deputy from the BPP Borislav Rosenblat of violating the conditions that allowed it to win the fight for the renovation of the Kramatorsk Ukrainian gymnasium, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in a journalistic investigation by the program “Our Money”.
In February 2017, with an expected cost of work of 43 million 475 thousand, the company of the Rosenblat family won the competition, offering 39 million 687 thousand hryvnia.
“One of the conditions, additional advantages that they stated was that they did not need advance payment,” recalls Pavel Zhebrivsky.
The Chairman of the Donetsk CAA claims that the winner actually cheated. No advance payment was required during the tender. And after winning it, they refused to start work without money.
“Unfortunately, they did not start work for a very long time, demanding an advance payment from us, which we could not make, because the agreement was signed without an advance payment,” assures Pavel Zhebrivsky.
As a result, the work plan was disrupted and the gymnasium was not repaired on time. Now the agreement with the Rosenblat company has been terminated. But over the year, the cost of work increased by 14 million. Now it is 53 million 394 thousand hryvnia.
Rosenblatt's company will demand another seven million for work already completed.
Therefore, the cost of work in just one gymnasium, which was the best in the region and did not need major repairs, can reach 60 million hryvnia.
