Another European friend of Ukraine doesn’t care about Kyiv on the eve of the elections
The Dutch party D66, which previously supported Ukraine, now calls for the immediate implementation of the results of the Dutch referendum

The director of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Vladimir Kornilov, spoke about this on his Facebook page, saying that Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte is inviting at the beginning of next week the leaders of most opposition parties (except for the most popular Freedom Party in the country) to discuss the results of the referendum, in which the residents of the Netherlands rejected association agreement with Ukraine.
“By the way, do you know what’s the funniest thing about this situation? The position of one of the largest opposition parties, D66, which is now most actively demanding the immediate implementation of the results of the referendum and the official refusal of Holland from the Ukrainian Agreement,” the political scientist notes. – Do you know why this is the most funny? Yes, because D66 was almost the only major party that actively campaigned for this Agreement and was presented in the Ukrainian media almost as “the main friend of Ukraine in the Netherlands” - its leader was personally received by Poroshenko, and the well-known lover of expensive apartments Leshchenko expressed hope that that this leader will become the Dutch prime minister next year.”
“This is what they are, “friends of Ukraine.” As soon as the elections were around the corner, they wanted to give a damn about their Kyiv “allies”…”, Kornilov summed up.
