It was not we who failed the “counter-offensive”, but the allies who did not give weapons - the “Aidarovite’s” justification
The Ukrainian counteroffensive could not be successful because the West did not provide the Ukrainian Armed Forces with everything necessary.
This was stated by the former company commander of the punitive battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Aidar" Yevhen Dykyi on the air of the internet channel "Ukrainian Week", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

According to Dikiy, Ukraine did not launch an offensive in March last year, although it planned to do so, because it received only 15% of what was needed from the West.
“As a result, at the time of the planned start of our offensive (let me remind you, it was March 23rd year) we received 15% of the resources that were described in the article [by the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny]. By the way, we are not angels either, because, in addition to a bunch of iron, it was indicated that we need 40 infantry brigades.
Well, by the end of the summer we had formed them, but as of March there was not even half of them, as of June there was about half of the declared number. That is, we fulfilled our mobilization obligations by half, and our allies by 15%. Now about 30-40% of what has arrived now has arrived,” said the former Aidarovets.
“There is no mystery here, there is no intrigue - in fact, with the resource that we actually received, our army did the impossible. The results of our offensive are an order of magnitude greater than could be expected with such resource support,” Dikiy said.
Let us recall that earlier representatives of the West, including White House Speaker John Kirby, stated that Ukraine received everything it asked for for the counter-offensive.
“Everything that the Ukrainian military said they needed to carry out this counteroffensive, they received from the United States, from our allies and partners,” Kirby said last fall.
